For a Dragon, Patience is Rewarded
The PDF of the book is out, and the files for the physical copies are at the printer. We’ve gotten proofs back, and they look fantastic. These have been approved by the team, and we’re still on schedule for a release of the physical books in July.

Dragonflight Featured by Sly Flourish
Mike Shea, AKA SlyFlourish, has put out a video giving an overview of the Dragonflight PDF. If you haven’t delved into your PDF yet, watching this video will have you eager to check it out. Please share it with your friends to get them interested in playing or send it to your favorite DM who’s looking for content for their next campaign.
We appreciate your dragon-like patience with the delays on this project, but we’re resolute in creating quality works for this Kickstarter. Thanks again, we’ll send another update by April 22nd or earlier.
Though the pre-order store will close soon, as we move Dragonflight PDF to the online store, we won't finally lock addresses until we have the books in-hand (we'll give a week's notice to get any last address updates at that time).
DragonflightPrints,Minis & Boxes (August, 2022) - Delayed from previous July, 2022. Prints, boxes, minis, etc. - everything physical outstanding should arrive at this time! As mentioned previously, there are some notable international shipping hurdles we've already included in this adjusted timeframe, but the majority of the delay is on our end - late completion of the digital versions = commensurately late delivery of prints.
Dragonflight Digital Minis
Minis are a new thing for 2CGaming (those following us closely notice we offered them for the Bestiary 2, and Dragonflight, and ran into issues delivering on both, so we held off on minis for projects beyond those). In conversation with our most prominent artist on the Dragonflight project, he's expressed an interest and availability in re-building the six dragonflight models for this project! Juan's already done some incredible work modelling his dragons for some of his other projects, and done phenomenal work on the 2d art for Dragonflight and elsewhere, so we have high hopes and strong confidence he'll be able to make some amazing pieces for this project.
The next Kickstarter update will be Friday, March 4th, 2022 or sooner, and will focus on miniature progress and any print updates/delays.

A quick update to let you know what's going on with Dragonflight.
Project Status & Next-Steps
Thank you for your patience as we put the finishing touches on the final PDFs in preparation for its release to you and subsequent delivery to the printers. We're currently estimating a February 4th release to backers.
Dragonflight, Digital (February4, 2022) - Completed PDF will be available through Backerkit, which will close at this time, while the book moves to our online store. Though the pre-order store will close, we won't finally lock addresses until we have the books in-hand (we'll give a week's notice to get any last address updates at that time).

It looks glorious! Thank you so much to everyone for all the patience with this project. We are currently stepping through our proofreading passes on the project - if you find anything you think may be a mistake, please let us know through the community errata form here: https://forms.gle/chYxDRBtpXV4GLw66, or email us the note at [email protected]. Errata submissions will remain open through January 2, at which point we'll close the form and incorporate those changes (and whatever we find in proofreading) into the final digital product!

Closing in on Final Files
Brief update as we move towards the finish on the Dragonflight project - so sorry for the last missed update. There's been a lot of progress on the project, but the public discussion has slipped a bit!

Current Dragonflight Project Status Estimates!
With the holidays closing in (and our previous adjusted estimates being consistently a bit behind), we're trying to buck the trend with more conservatives estimates for delivery of the following, below:
99% Community Draft (Dec5, 2021) - Delayed from previous October, 2021. We're planning to get the community draft in at the time of the December 5th update! Once we get here, the book will be functionally finished, but remain open for a month of community-identified errata and a final proofreading and formatting pass from the 2CG team.
Dragonflight, Digital (January9, 2022) - Delayed from previous November, 2021. Completed PDF will be available through Backerkit, which will close at this time, while the book moves to our online store. Print files will go to the printer, starting that several month process until ...
