Dragonflight Shipping and Order Issues

The Dragons should mostly be out in the wild minus a few shipping issues. If you are a US resident and haven't gotten your books or some part of your order please send us an email to [email protected] and we'll get it sorted out.

International Shipping

We started to ship international orders in batches. The reason we're shipping in batches is that we're using a 3rd party and we want to see what their service is like and make sure we have things set correctly. For example some of the early shipments have already made it to backers, but they didn't have enough packaging and came damaged. So we need to change packaging details with the shipper to correct for that problem as well as resend the packages to folks.

If you received your order and your books were damaged please send us pictures of the books to [email protected] and we'll get new books sent.

Deluxe Standard Books

There was also an issue with the Deluxe Standard books, if you ordered those you should have gotten an email with a link to a form. Please fill the form out. Once we have those we'll submit them to the shipper to get those sent out.

Order Updates and Miniatures

At the beginning of July several of the 2CGaming team got together in storage unit and packed over 700 packages of Dragonflight for US based and US Military customers. All of those packages which primarily consisted of just a book, book & screen, or Dragonflight book and other 2CGaming books, have been sent out and should by now be in the hands of backers.

International Shipping

International packages are palleted and awaiting pickup and delivery to our shipping partner who will then send them out across the globe!

Miniatures Update

The quest to get miniatures up to our standards was difficult and ultimately we were not able to find a solution to our liking. As a result we're going to refund the miniatures portions of any pledges we have. These refunds should be processed in Q4, we'll let you know of more specifics as they develop.

The books are in the warehouse!

The books are here and this month we'll be picking and packing the books and screens and then sending them to our shipping partner to get them to your hands as soon as possible.

We'll let you know more as we move along in the process, but get ready for Dragonflight in print!

Final Printer Proofs in Hand!

Misty, our producer/editor has a complete set of the Dragonflight books in hand and has taken a few photos to show you. We think they look amazing, but you can judge for yourself.

Miniatures

We’ve still not found an artist for the miniatures and we’re struggling with sourcing one that can create the miniatures to our desires. We have a few more options and we’ll let you know what we figure out when we can.
